Great base for exploring Carlisle. They gave us a queen room with blackout blinds as well as a single bed. The food was fabulous and the bar was lovely.

I had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent just off the centre of town, train station and fine and enough restaurants nearby to choose from. Obliging and fine staff as one would expect. Variety of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone.

Outstanding breakfast, tidy place, SCENIC views. I loved the single room and had a warm stay. Staff was always available with requests. Pool was amazing and there was a delightful restaurant on site. Fine drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

Quiet location, spotless venue, affable staff. I had the guest room, it was en suite and tidy.

Lovely location, tasty breakfast, delightful employees. Gorgeous rooms were great, and the beds were fine. Walking distance to a convenience shop and supermarkets across the street. Service was really helpful, that made the hotel wonderful place.
